Riff Racer | Timekiller Tuesdays
Riff Racer is a game where you drive to your music on a custom built track and perform tricks and drifts to conquer the leaderboard. The game usually is priced at $9.99 USD but is often on sale and in 2020 the cheapest it was discounted was 85% off at $1.49 USD on Steam. During this review I will be highlighting the major draws of this game like its gameplay, the amount of replayability the average user can get, customization features, achievements, and more!

The Gameplay / Game Loop
The first game loop of Riff Racer is to drive to music that either you selected from your computer or what was already bundled in the game already. The gameplay is simple, the player presses the accelerate button and drive through the custom built course while avoiding obstacles and performing tricks like rolls, jumps, and drifts. There are these cubes that the player can pick up to gain a temporary boost to catch up to the progress of the song or to boost ahead and get 10x the points of your tricks.
